The Chicago Bears? Or Chicago Embarrassment?

Its a good thing that I, myself, am a Green Bay Packers fan otherwise I would be in for the heartbreak that this team is bringing to Chicago fans. The bears are under performing just like they do every year. Every year Chicago fans like to point their fingers at different areas on the team. So what is it this year Bears fans? Is Jay Cutler the problem? Is the General Manager the problem? Is it the defense or the offense? Everyone has their own opinion on the matter and I am curious to hear yours.
